My name is John Fox and I help high school students find healthy balances! As someone who struggled with mental health in high school, I realized that most resources for students are either too inaccessible, intimidating, or lacking in depth. That's why I have devoted myself to create fun, approachable workshops that give students meaningful opportunities to grow!
